Step 3: Technician Arrival
Certified technician arrives at your location with tools and quality parts within agreed time window.
Step 4: Device Assessment
Quick diagnostic check and final price confirmation before starting any work.
Step 5: On-Site Repair
Complete repair at your location while you watch. Most repairs take 30-90 minutes.
Step 6: Testing & Handover
Thorough testing of all functions, payment, warranty certificate, and device handover.

- Public Holidays: Limited availability (please check)
- Late Night Service: Available on request (additional charges may apply)

We offer same-day service for most common repairs:

- Battery replacement: Can be done immediately if parts available

4. Booking and Scheduling

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 By Customer
- Free cancellation: Up to 2 hours before scheduled appointment
- Rescheduling: Allowed once for free; communicate as early as possible
- Late cancellation: Within 2 hours of appointment may incur ₹200 cancellation fee
- No-show: If technician arrives and customer unavailable, ₹300 travel charge applies

14. Limitations and Exclusions
14.1 We Do NOT Offer
- International shipping or service outside Bangalore
- Pick-up and drop service (we perform repairs on-site)
- Service for non-Apple devices (except case-by-case)
- Unlocking stolen or iCloud-locked devices
- Jailbreaking or unauthorized modifications
